Targeting announcements

You can target announcements to specific groups of users using the Targeting section on the flow detail page. By default, an announcement will show up for all users once the flow code is live in production.

Launching additional announcements without code changes

Frigade allows you to repurpose the same Flow for making multiple announcements (i.e. making a new announcement without any frontend code changes).

To do this, you can create a new version of the same Flow. After creating a new version and activating it, make sure to choose “Restart all users in new version” when prompted (see example below).
