Targeting announcements

You can target announcements to specific groups of users using the Targeting section on the flow detail page. By default, an announcement will show up for all users once the flow code is live in production.

Launching additional announcements without code changes

Frigade allows you to repurpose the same Flow for making multiple announcements (i.e. making a new announcement without any frontend code changes).

You can do this with the following steps:

Click on the Flow versions button

Create a new version

Now you can change the content in your new announcement version.

Activate the version

Finally, once you’ve updated the content and audience, activate the new version and choose “Restart all users”
